Autotech Council's 2nd Annual Science Fair has come and gone; and all the projects, PoCs, and technology that was on display kept almost 400 Science Fair and Western Automotive Journalists' Annual Silicon Valley Reinvents the Wheel Conference visitors busy discovering new ideas, products, and services. Check out the photos here.
From AutoMobiliD, who shared their vision for incorporating innovation and young companies into Detroit's North American International Auto Show, to TE Connectivity's cutting edge sensors, and 30 other innovations in between, the tables were filled with new technology. A list of all the projects and exhibits is in our calendar.
The Science Fair is the only time each year where Autotech Council members, who gather monthly to review startup companies and technology, talk about their own cutting edge innovations. And this year, some of our members presented their own portfolio companies - including Next Chip's VADAS which builds vision-based ADAS and Deutsche Telekom's integration with their connected car startup partner, Mojio.
Overall, we saw a lot of opportunity for mixing one company's chocolate with another peanut butter, and expect several of our members and visitors to be working on co-development between now and the 3rd Annual Science Fair in October 2018.
