Autotech Council meets in June at Sensors Expo in San Jose to look at innovation in sensors outside the car. When coupled with the an ability to communicate, sensors outside the car, whether as part of road, traffic, UBx, fleet, or smart city infrastructure, can provide actionable information for cars and passengers. And the market for external data, only grows as cars become autonomous.
